We take pride in our jewelry and believe that most men will love it too. However, we understand that there may be instances where items need to be returned.
To initiate a Return to Vendor (RTV), please follow the guidelines below:


1) Contact your representative: Reach out to your designated representative to obtain their approval for the return. Returns are tied to stock balancing.


2) Pre-approval and RMA Number: All returns must be pre-approved by your representative for quality control or stock balancing purposes. They will issue a Return to Manufacturer Authorization (RMA) Number. To request an RMA, provide the invoice number for the items being returned.


3) Prepare items for shipment: Once you receive an RMA, prepare the items for shipment. Ensure that they meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in new condition with no visible signs of wear or use. (Excluding items being returneddue to Quality Control)
  • Each item should be labeled or clearly marked with the style number.
  • Individually package each item in either the original INOX packaging or a comparable closed baggie toprotect them during transit.
  • Include a packing list along with the items being sent back.


4) Ship to the following address:

5) Make sure to include the provided RMA number on the shipping label itself. Returns without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the sender.


6) Processing and Credit: Upon receiving the items, they will be inspected. Any items not in new condition will not be credited. Once the return is processed, a credit memo notification will be sent to the main contact email associated with the account. The credit for the items will be applied to the account.
