The Om serves to open and to clear the mind. There are 4 Parts to the om. The unconscious state; deep sleep , when your body is a compete rest and desiring nothing. The Waking State; The most common state of human consciousness, the 5 senses. The Dream State; The consciousness is turned with in and the dreamer experiences the world with their eyes closed. The absolute state; This is neither inward or outward but a state of peacefulness and bliss. The line separating the dot from the rest represents illusions. This is a symbol that signifies controlling emotions and manifesting positive energy around you and in your life and a sign of reducing stress. The frequency in which the universe vibrates which can be reached in meditation.
